Besides the trusting atmosphere among the men and the sailing, the KingFisher cruise was a new orientation for me. It was a week in which I encountered God and made important decisions.
The responsibility that God has entrusted to me for my wonderful family and for my company with many employees no longer overwhelms me, but is a great opportunity to inspire many people under my (God's) leadership!
It was particularly helpful for me that the men on this cruise brought very similar prerequisites. We are all used to bearing leadership responsibility as Christians in our daily professional lives. Rank, company size, and the size of cars, houses, etc. played absolutely no role. I can recommend the KingFisher cruise to any man in a leadership position because you experience a very good mix of fun, relaxation, and deep conversations in beautiful nature and the best community.
With great passion and professionalism, Dirk showed us men how to set the sails differently. Not only to escape the wind, but to use it to our advantage for safe and good progress; especially how we as husbands and fathers can leave a trail of blessing for our family and society.

In a benevolent atmosphere, space and courage emerged to examine my own “life ship” and, in accordance with a “dry dock” inspection, to allow perspectives below the waterline. The fact that, in addition to the sole observation, a healing therapy could be initiated at the same time was a very touching, encouraging, and unforgettable experience for me.
